We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
• Any item with a broken or opened seal is not eligible for return
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns on:
• Opened or used products
• Items with damaged or removed safety seals
• Products returned after 7 days

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
